Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Meeting TLDR, a software product operated by EINO Tech Solutions, LLC, a United States software company headquartered in Wyoming, USA. References to "Meeting TLDR," "we," "us," or "our" mean EINO Tech Solutions, LLC as operator of the product. References to "you" or "user" mean the person or organization using the website or service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meeting TLDR, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Meeting TLDR provides tools for AI meeting notes, meeting transcripts, summaries, decisions, action items, follow-up drafts, and related workflows. Features may change over time, and some features may be limited by plan, account configuration, integrations, availability of third-party services, or usage limits.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it updated, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security concerns.

4. User Content and Meeting Content

"User Content" means information you upload, submit, record, transmit, or process through Meeting TLDR, including meeting audio, transcripts, participant information, summaries, prompts, comments, action items, files, and communications.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use User Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Meeting TLDR and as otherwise permitted by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for User Content and for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, notices, consents, and lawful bases needed to record, transcribe, upload, share, or process meeting content. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

5. Recording, Consent, and Compliance

Meeting recording and transcription laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, employment policies, confidentiality obligations, and platform rules before using Meeting TLDR to record, transcribe, summarize, or share meeting content. This includes notifying participants and obtaining consent where required.

6. AI-Generated Output

Meeting TLDR uses AI to generate notes, summaries, action items, follow-up drafts, and other output. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for business, legal, financial, medical, employment, or other important decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Meeting TLDR. Prohibited uses include:

Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, data, or networks without authorization.
Interfering with or disrupting the service, including excessive automated requests, scraping, load testing without permission, or abusive usage patterns.
Bypassing plan limits, usage limits, security controls, billing systems, or access restrictions.
Uploading malware, harmful code, or content designed to compromise systems or data.
Using the service to violate privacy, recording, intellectual property, export control, anti-spam, or other laws.
Reselling, sublicensing, reverse engineering, copying, or competing with the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement.

8. Fair Use and Usage Limits

We may apply fair use rules, rate limits, storage limits, meeting length limits, transcription limits, or other safeguards to protect service quality and prevent abuse. Excessive or harmful usage may result in throttling, temporary restriction, suspension, termination, or additional fees where permitted by your plan or agreement.

9. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Meeting TLDR may offer free trials, free plans, paid subscriptions, and usage-based features. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges using your selected payment method.

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once purchased unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. If you have billing or cancellation questions, contact support@meetingtldr.com.

10. Intellectual Property

Meeting TLDR, including the website, software, interfaces, workflows, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and related materials, is owned by EINO Tech Solutions, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. Feedback does not include your confidential meeting content.

12. Third-Party Services

Meeting TLDR may integrate with third-party platforms, including meeting, calendar, authentication, payment, AI, transcription, hosting, analytics, and email services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Meeting TLDR if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, or if continued access could harm us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

Meeting TLDR is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be complete, accurate, compliant, or suitable for your intended use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EINO Tech Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Meeting TLDR during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you did not pay for the service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EINO Tech Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Meeting TLDR, User Content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website, in-app notice, email, or another reasonable method. Non-material changes are effective when posted. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
