1. AI-Generated Content

Meeting TLDR uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting notes, transcripts, summaries, decisions, action items, follow-up drafts, and related content. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misunderstood, or inconsistent with the full context of a meeting.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to others, adding it to business systems, or using it to make decisions.

2. Not Professional Advice

Meeting TLDR does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, compliance, security, or other professional advice. Meeting summaries and action items are productivity aids only. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that require professional judgment.

3. Meeting Recording and Consent

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, workplace policies, contracts, confidentiality obligations, and platform rules that apply to recording, transcribing, summarizing, or sharing meeting content. Recording and consent requirements vary by jurisdiction and context.

Before using Meeting TLDR in a meeting, you must provide any required notice and obtain any required consent from participants. EINO Tech Solutions, LLC is not responsible for your failure to obtain proper permissions or to comply with applicable recording, privacy, or confidentiality requirements.

4. User Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the information you upload, record, process, share, or store through Meeting TLDR. You should not use Meeting TLDR to process content that you are not authorized to access or share, or content that violates law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, employment obligations, or confidentiality duties.

5. Accuracy of Transcripts and Summaries

Transcript and summary quality can be affected by audio quality, speaker overlap, accents, background noise, technical issues, platform limitations, missing context, meeting length, terminology, and third-party service performance. Meeting TLDR does not guarantee that transcripts, summaries, decisions, or action items will be complete or error-free.

6. Service Availability

Meeting TLDR may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or degraded due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider outages, meeting platform changes, network failures, security events, or other causes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Third-Party Services

Meeting TLDR may depend on third-party services, including meeting platforms, calendar providers, authentication providers, AI providers, transcription providers, hosting services, payment processors, analytics tools, and email services. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, behavior, terms, policies, or data handling practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EINO Tech Solutions, LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EINO Tech Solutions, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors will not be liable for losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, missed or inaccurate meeting notes, transcript errors, failure to obtain consent, service interruptions, data loss, business decisions, or third-party services.
