We collect information needed to provide and improve Meeting TLDR. This may include:

  • Account information, such as name, email address, organization name, role, billing status, and authentication details.
  • Meeting information, such as meeting titles, participants, timestamps, recordings if enabled, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, decisions, action items, and follow-up content.
  • Calendar or meeting platform metadata when you connect supported services, such as Microsoft Teams meeting details needed to join, identify, or summarize meetings.
  • Payment and subscription information processed by our payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
  • Support communications, such as messages you send to support@meetingtldr.com, attachments, troubleshooting details, and feedback.
  • Website and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, logs, feature usage, and error reports.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, secure, and improve Meeting TLDR, including to:

  • Provide AI meeting notes, transcripts, summaries, decisions, and action item workflows.
  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, process subscriptions, and provide customer support.
  • Improve product quality, reliability, prompts, summarization workflows, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, fraud, or violations of our Terms.
  • Send service notices, billing notices, product updates, and support responses.

We may analyze aggregated or de-identified usage information to improve the service. Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify a specific person.

4. Meeting Content and Participant Notice

Meeting TLDR may process meeting audio, transcripts, participant names, email addresses, summaries, and related meeting content. Customers and users are responsible for ensuring they have the right and lawful basis to record, transcribe, upload, share, or process meeting content, including providing any required notice or obtaining consent from meeting participants.

If Meeting TLDR joins or processes a meeting through an integration, participants may receive an in-meeting or platform notice depending on the meeting platform configuration. Users remain responsible for complying with workplace policies and applicable recording, privacy, and consent laws.

5. Website Analytics and Cookies

We may use cookies, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, understand website usage, and protect the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may limit functionality.

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Meeting TLDR, such as hosting providers, database providers, AI model providers, transcription services, analytics tools, payment processors, customer support tools, email delivery providers, and security monitoring providers. Meeting TLDR uses artificial intelligence and related processing providers to generate transcripts, summaries, decisions, action items, and follow-up drafts. Meeting content may be sent to these providers solely to provide and improve the requested service. We aim to use reasonable safeguards and vendor agreements appropriate for the sensitivity of the data being processed.

8. International Data Processing

EINO Tech Solutions, LLC is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. If you access Meeting TLDR from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your location.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information and meeting content only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on account settings, plan type, customer instructions, legal requirements, backups, and operational needs. Enterprise customers may have custom retention terms in a separate agreement.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your personal information. For example, if meeting content is associated with multiple authorized users or an organization account, deletion may depend on account ownership, workspace settings, or applicable contractual obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting account access, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

12. Children's Privacy

Meeting TLDR is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
